FILM-X is the Danish Film Institute’s computer-based, interactive film studio for young children and adolescents. Online virtual studios provide a gateway to exploring the film medium, supporting thirteen networked activities for developing, acting in, shooting, sound looping and editing short films in physical and virtual universes. Even flipbooks and small animations can also be published and produced through the dynamic services available on Film-X. After production and post-production, completed films may be taken home on a DVD.
